This July, we’re shaving fresh truffle over two indulgent winter dishes that bring the season’s hero ingredient to the fore.

Enjoy a mushroom bolognaise with freshly shaved truffle – a rich, take on a classic, or a fior di latte, mortadella, buffalo cream, rocket and shaved truffle pizza – a decadent twist on our coastal favourite.

Sourced locally and served simply, these dishes are made to celebrate the depth and decadence of truffle season by the coast.
