Terasu, the flagship Japanese restaurant at Ardo in Townsville is heading south for the summer, and will pop-up at The Portsea Hotel from the 3rd – 19th of January, 2025.
For three weeks, guests can dine on a set menu of freshly prepared Japanese food with sweeping views over Port Phillip Bay from the highest vantage point on the coast.
The chef in residence will be Terasu’s award-winning Yukio Ozecki, guided by the Morris Group’s Executive Chef, Peter Reffell.
The menu will include Terasu favourites including sashimi, karaage, salmon zuke and a MB9+ wagyu scotch fillet.
Our drinks list will include local and international wines, sake, seasonal cocktails and premium non-alcoholic options.
