This rare occasion brings together the finesse of Delamotte and the legendary exclusivity of Salon — a Champagne produced only in exceptional vintages, in tiny quantities, and coveted by collectors worldwide.

Enjoy a curated menu designed to complement these extraordinary cuvées, with each course paired to showcase the elegance and complexity of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.
