Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Rates shown are inclusive of GST
  • Full payment of your accommodation is required to secure your booking. Please note that no booking has been secured for you until you confirm and pay.
  • Please note all Amex transactions will incur a 1.65% surcharge. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  • Any cancellations made 30+ days prior to check in; no cancellation fees apply.
  • Any cancellations made within 30 days of check in date; 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation fees will be applied from date of written notification being received.
  • Amex transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  • Please note, bookings for Christmas Eve must have a minimum 2 night stay. We do not take check-ins on Christmas Day.
